I honestly can’t say enough about all the great things Jennifer helped me with during the buying and selling of my home. She’s got a person for everything that needed remedied within a time crunch. Really enjoyed working with Jennifer, she was great! We had our home listed for sale by owner and she was extremely helpful on our end and very easy to work with! Always very quick to respond and willing to help any way possible!

Jennifer is a knowledgeable and friendly real state agent. She worked with me trying to figure out what my wants and needs where and figure out how to meet those within my budget. Jennifer is a hands on person, as soon as i wanted to look for a new home she jumped in to help and providing options, without pressuring me into anything, just all around extremely helpful. Even while during one schedule tour around houses where she was out sick, she made sure i could still tour the houses and was following the process, and that day was when i ended up finding my new home. I Recommend Jennifer 100%, she is knowledgeable, active, communicative and a friendly, but ruthless when negotiation is required.

Jennifer is amazing! I relocated to the area from across the country and had a very short turn around and not a lot of time locally to look/choose. I choose Jennifer while in town for only 24 hours after speaking to a few other realtors. What a good choice! She made the process easy and stress free. She was knowledgeable about the area but also very savy on home repair/updates and was able to give me good insight on all the homes we looked at. She also was very responsive - which was important because of my deadline for relocation. I’m so glad I met her and so happy in my new home!

Jennifer should be put to the top of the list of Zillow contacts as far as I'm concerned. After calling 3 other realtors listed above her to submit a HUD bid with a Sunday Deadline. She is the only one that called me back within the timeline. After winning the HUD bid she kept me informed every step of the way through escrow. I never had to call her once. What a true professional. Her follow up on every little detail is amazing. I would recommend Jennifer to anyone looking to buy or sell a home, you will not be disappointed.

Jennifer was very professional. Ms. Ballard agreed to meet my family on short notice to view a property. Ms. Ballard was helpful in correcting paperwork that was completed incorrectly by the seller and explaining information provided by the title clearance agent.

As an investor, communication and fast responses are a must. Jennifer not only replies fast but she also goes above just answering the question by finding out all the information needed to make an investment decision. It’s obvious that her experience and background in this area puts her at the top of the Realtor list. She’s my go to!
